Business Support Helpline
Help When You Need It; FREE for BA Members
The BA's Business Support Helpline is a FREE service provided on behalf of the BA by Quest. Booksellers can call free an unlimited number of times for help on HR, health & safety, tax, VAT legislation and other business-related legislation, and can access an extensive document library with nearly 800 template documents.
Quest is staffed by highly qualified legal professionals, and the time and money saved by using the helpline can be considerable. Booksellers who have used the service have been impressed and delighted by the Helpline. Quest’s services are approved and recommended by key national organisations such as the Trade Association Forum and the British Chambers of Commerce.
The BA has paid for members to have access to four key services free of charge:
The HR Service, The Legal Service, The Health and Safety Service,
