“A fantastic and informative day. A must for anyone considering starting a bookshop.”
Caitlin, 2018 delegate
"An invaluable day that really helped with the process of opening a bookshop.
Not being from a bookselling background, I found the material covered and ability to ask questions about any aspect of the business of bookselling extremely useful.
The BA team and the course host, Patrick Neale, were all very encouraging and helped make the idea of opening a shop seem a lot less intimidating.
I'd highly recommend it to anyone hoping to open their own bookshop."
Jack Clark, The Portobello Bookshop, 2019 delegate
